We Have Failed
Let all heads bow in prayer
As we wait in shame.
Aduke is gone!
Gone with the ruckus of circumstance
She used to dance
And tell tales by the moon’s light
But no stories today,
No! Not tonight
The lips that house the gorgeous smile
Now cage the sorrow that burst to tears
The hips that dance the sacred dance
Is now defiled by devilish hands
Do not marry these woes to fate
Point no fingers at destiny
Cast no blame on Loki
It is us that have failed.
