From Greatness Too Is Meant for You, an unpublished 2014 manuscript by Adetimilehin Inioluwa Victor (Vic’Adex). Lightly edited for grammar while preserving the original voice.

Lovely day I met you, blessing,
Up front, on mic; one two testing
Described in one word: ravishing
Beauty unclenching beastly fist

Bright smile topping every wish list
African gem, the garden gist.
Gorgeous without the corruption
Graceful way out of proportion

She put my heart to commotion
Profound effect she had on me.
Feeling my heart racing up high
Silent still, my eyes could not stray.

Editor’s note: First drafted in the early Vic’Adex voice and preserved here as part of the Words on Rampage archive.
