INNOCENCE DROWNED

INNOCENCE DROWNED
Blood of the innocents shed
With their lot and spoils taken.
The war zones painted with blood – red!
The buildings in the cities – shaken
Yeah, we are the men in mask
Our heart is guarded by stone
Why we are doing this, you ask?
Our goal is to take over the throne
Do we feel guilty of what we are doing?
Our heart that feels guilt has been drowned
Do we see beauty in the red we’re painting?
Yes, your blood will give us the throne.
Heaven on earth, heaven in heaven
We were told this is our fate
And through our fight, we will be given
But our good works the world shall hate
Who ventures in this and fidgets over blood?
But this we know, killer with sword do die through sword.
