Where are the lions in the jungle?
Where are the fishes in the pond?
Where is the gold-s in the land?
Where is the sand-s by the sea side?
Has the lion lost its tooth?
With no hope to bite and roar?
What happened to the youths?
in whose hands we placed the Future’s oars
What happened to that dream
Of burying evil in Honesty’s bin?
What happened to that hope
Of bathing our nation with glorious soaps
