Strings Of My Harp
The strings of my long lived harp still stand tall
With their slender bodies and form
Their slim looking strands continuously look attractive at each gaze, each glance.
I approach their sweet echoes every now and then
Whatever time it may be;
Often at the cool of the day
When breeze from the warmed earth
Flows towards the comfort of my mind
And the freshness of flora fill the benigh atmosphere
When the strings of my joy hang lose
And melody eludes the tunes I hum in my soul;
When pleasure painstakingly adorns my heart
And waves of despair cuddle me in euphoric pain
I strike my harp gently by motivation
And when my soul is fully satiated with harmony from within
All strings on my harp play the tunes from my hands
Then my whole world seems to adore my humble and silky tunes
Thou gentle and lonely harp,
Live long, let’s make songs from our heart.
