My Bio
Adetimilehin Inioluwa Victor (Vic’Adex) discovered his passion for creative expression as the only means of positively interpreting life. First as a poet in the mid 2000s and as a painter in the 2010s. Driven by curiosity, he pledged to be a lifelong learner; hence opening up the hungry soul of a serial creative.
With a pre-varsity background in the sciences, a childhood in poetry and adolescence in painting, Victor draws multimodal influences in his work. Each mode and method is brought into service of passionate vision.
Vic'Adex’s spoken-word practice explores freedom, faith and social experience. Festival Poetry’s 2021 profile highlights his staccato delivery and connects Men Not Gods, War of Words and his later work through 60 Seconds Poetry.

Victor's commitment to excellence extends beyond his artistic practice into formal education and professional development. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Ahmadu Bello University and an MA in Mass Communication at Liverpool John Moores University, demonstrating his dedication to bridging creative and analytical thinking.
His professional development has been enhanced through prestigious fellowships, including the Global Arts in Medicine Fellowship (2022), McKinsey Forward (2023), and his participation in the British Council Policy Lab (2019). These experiences have shaped his approach to using creativity for social impact and organizational transformation.
Victor serves as Manager at the Solina Centre for International Development and Research (SCIDaR), where he leads storytelling and visibility across more than 50 health and development projects throughout Africa. His consulting work includes regional campaigns for the International Labour Organization, addressing child labor across Nigeria, and leading the EU-funded anti-misinformation campaign "Working Together Against Corona" in Nigeria's Northeast.
These projects showcase his ability to translate complex social issues into accessible, actionable communication strategies.
